Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the FamilyWise mobile app, website, shared Home, and optional integrations.

By downloading, accessing, or using FamilyWise HQ, you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms are between you and 5Line Ventures LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FamilyWise for personal, non-commercial household management on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are purchased and managed through Apple or Google, depending on where you installed the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store. Refunds are handled by that store unless applicable law requires otherwise. The website does not sell or alter a mobile subscription. One current paid FamilyWise subscription may provide its tier to one shared Home, subject to the current account and family-profile limits shown in the product.
5Line account and household access
Local mobile planning does not require a 5Line account. Shared Home, multi-user, web, supported cloud sync, and approved integration features do. A 5Line identity may be used across 5Line products, while product access, subscriptions, permissions, and data remain app-specific.
Your data
FamilyWise is local-first. When you connect a FamilyWise Home, account, membership, role, supported family-profile and planner-setting, meal-plan, saved-food, recipe-detail, list, and FamilyWise-event data can be stored in the 5Line cloud for sharing, web use, and approved integrations. Device file paths, recipe photos, and notification identifiers are not uploaded by household sync. Cloud sync is not a complete backup of device-only routines, reminders, or future household modules unless the product expressly marks them as shared.
AI and outside assistants
FamilyWise-managed AI and outside-assistant connections are optional. When you choose an AI feature, you authorize the content needed for that request to be processed to return the requested result. AI suggestions are informational and organizational, and do not replace professional medical, nutritional, financial, legal, or safety advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use FamilyWise unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or systems, or reverse engineer or redistribute the product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and warranties
FamilyWise is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Health-related content is for organization only and is not professional advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5Line Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use FamilyWise.
Apple terms
For users who obtained FamilyWise through Apple, Apple is not a party to these Terms, has no maintenance or support obligation, and is a third-party beneficiary where required by Apple’s standard terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will update the date on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise.
